Panel multilingual support

Feature Overview

Panel Multilingual Settings allow you to configure multilingual content for the loyalty panel (Widget) displayed on your storefront, enabling a consistent and localized member experience for customers across different regions.

With this feature, you can:

• Display the loyalty panel in different languages for customers in different regions
• Customize panel copy for each supported language
• Use AI to quickly generate marketing copy tailored to your business context

Activation Logic

• The default panel language is English, which cannot be deleted
• After a new language is added, its panel copy becomes effective independently
• Content for different languages is managed separately and does not sync automatically
• The storefront will display the panel language based on the customer’s language environment

Setup Path

Configure Panel Language

1. In the app, click Widget in the left-side menu
2. Switch to the Languages tab
3. View, add, or edit panel languages in the language list

Configuration Details

1. Default Language (English)

• English is provided as the default panel language
• The English language cannot be deleted
• Click Edit to enter the English panel copy configuration page
• Update the copy for each field as needed

2. Supported Languages

The loyalty panel currently supports the following six languages:

• English
• Chinese
• Español (Spanish)
• Deutsch (German)
• Français (French)
• 日本語 (Japanese)

3. Add a New Language

1. Go to Widget → Languages
2. Click Add Language in the top-right corner
3. Select the language you want to add in the pop-up window
4. After adding, the new language will appear in the language list

4. Edit or Delete a Language

• Edit a language
  • Click Edit next to the target language
  • Enter the panel copy configuration page for that language
• Delete a language
  • Click Delete next to the target language
  • Once deleted, the panel copy for that language will no longer be displayed
  • English cannot be deleted

Multilingual Copy Configuration Methods

Method 1: Configure Multilingual Copy with AI Sidekick

1. In the Languages list, select the target language and click Edit
2. Click Loyalty AI in the bottom-right corner to open the AI dialog
3. Enter a prompt, for example:
   “I own a store that sells sports equipment. Please optimize and update the marketing copy to be more sports-oriented.”

4. AI will understand the request and generate panel copy in the selected language
5. Click Preview & Edit
6. The system will automatically fill the generated copy into the corresponding fields
7. Review the content and click Save to apply the changes

Method 2: Manually Configure Multilingual

1. In the Languages list, select the target language and click Edit
2. The system will automatically generate a set of default copy
3. To modify a specific section, directly edit the corresponding input field
4. If you are unsure which section a field belongs to:
   • Click the Locate icon in the top-right corner of the input field
   • The preview panel will automatically scroll to and highlight the related section

5. To restore the default copy for the selected language:
   • Click Reset to Default at the top of the page
   • All copy for that language will be restored to the system defaults

Storefront Display Behavior

• When customers visit your store, the system automatically displays the loyalty panel in the appropriate language based on their language environment
• If a specific language is not configured, the panel will fall back to the default language (English)

💡 Notes

• Panel text for different languages ​​needs to be configured separately
• After generating copy with AI, manual review is recommended to ensure accuracy and tone
• All changes take effect only after clicking Save
