Account Page: Display Relevant Membership Benefits

Feature Description
The Loyalty Section on the Account Page is designed for the Account Page to intuitively display the following information to customers:
Current membership tier, points balance, and related membership benefits
Through a unified Loyalty information display section, it helps merchants:
- Clearly present core membership information and strengthen customers' perception of membership value
- Guide users to learn more about membership benefits or access the membership panel
- Increase the visibility of the points system and boost user engagement
Operation Path (Adding to the Account Page)
- Access the App and click on the On-Site Content menu
- Select the Account page card, then click the Set up button to enter the configuration page
- Based on your store's account type, select the corresponding section configuration method:
- New Customer Accounts: Recommended for stores using the new customer account experience
- Legacy Customer Accounts: Suitable for stores using the classic/legacy customer account experience
1. Configuration Steps for New Customer Accounts
- Select the New Customer Accounts section, click the Customize button, and you will be redirected to the "Profile" template page in the checkout editor
- On the right-side list of the page, click the Add block button, then select "Rijoy Account Page" from the pop-up window to add this block to the page
- Drag and drop the block to the desired display position
- Click the Save button in the top-right corner of the page to complete the basic configuration
2. Configuration Steps for Legacy Customer Accounts
- Select the Legacy Customer Accounts section, click the Customize button, and you will be redirected to the "Customer account" template page in the online theme editor
- On the right-side list of the page, click the Add block button, then select "Rijoy Account Page" from the pop-up window to add this block to the page
- Drag and drop the block to the desired display position
- Click the Save button in the top-right corner of the page to complete the basic configuration

3.1 Configuration Items for New Customer Accounts

Detailed Button Configuration Instructions
This button is used in the loyalty section to guide users to view detailed membership benefits or access membership-related pages. Merchants can customize the button text and click behavior.
1. Button Text
- Used to set the text content displayed on the button
- Examples:
- View Membership Benefits
- Access Membership Panel
- View My Rewards
If you do not want to display the button in the section, leave the Button Text field blank, and the button will be hidden automatically.
2. Button Action Type
(1) Open Panel
- After clicking the button, the Rijoy membership panel will be invoked directly on the current page
- Suitable for scenarios where you want users to quickly view membership tier, points details, and benefits without redirecting to another page
- Prerequisite: The membership panel function has been enabled and configured in the App
(2) Link URL
- After clicking the button, users will be redirected to a specified page
- You need to enter the complete redirect link in the corresponding Button URL field
Common Usage Scenarios:
- An independent loyalty landing page (Loyalty Page) has been configured
- You want to guide users to an independent membership explanation page
Example:
- Enter the URL of the loyalty landing page in the Button URL field
- After users click the button, they will be redirected directly to this page to view detailed membership benefit information
Usage Recommendations
- To improve user operation convenience, it is recommended to use the Open Panel mode
- If a complete membership landing page has been built, it is recommended to use the Link URL mode
- If no guidance button is needed temporarily, leave the Button Text field blank to hide the button
💡 Notes
- The points displayed on the Account Page are estimated values
- The actual points will be officially issued according to the rules after the order is completed
- Points multiplier activities only apply to the rules for earning points through orders
- Remember to click the Save button after modifying the configuration for the changes to take effect
